In this new version, several issues have been addressed, including a problem with image resources being replaced when copying and pasting them from one document to another. Additionally, licensing and registration improvements have been made to enhance the overall user experience.

Other notable changes include:

* Saving files may result in reduced file sizes in certain circumstances.

* StudioLink is now incompatible with business licenses due to changes in licensing requirements.

* Non-ASCII characters can now be accepted as license usernames.

* The New Document feature no longer displays 'Letter*' instead of A4 when selecting a document size.

* Stroke widths can now be set correctly even if the unit of measurement is not set to points.

The Metadata panel has also been improved with enhanced timezone handling.

It's worth noting that Affinity Photo 2 for Windows has also received an update, version 2.0.4, which includes several fixes and improvements. The changes since the last release (2.0.3) include:

* Enabling White Balance on non-RAW files no longer crashes the application or functions incorrectly.

* Users can now access the unsandboxed MSI/EXE version by following instructions in this FAQ thread.
